Your Ultimate PIXVOICES Store Setup & Earnings Guide

Step 1: Log in and Access Your Store Dashboard

Once you have confirmed that you’re logged in and have completed the store registration, click on the profile icon at the top right of the Pixvoices homepage to enter your account dashboard.


Step 2: Access the Store Management Page

After clicking the profile icon, a sidebar menu will appear. If you’re the store owner, you will see the “Manage Pix Gallery” section. This tutorial will show you how to use the “Manage Pix Gallery” section to efficiently manage and customize your store.


Step 3: List Your Own Designs

Click on “My Portfolio” to enter your design portfolio. Here, you can browse all your uploaded designs and choose which ones you want to list on Pix Gallery. Click on the design you want to list and follow the prompts to make it visible in your store.


Step 4: List Your Designs in “My Portfolio”

After entering “My Portfolio,” you can see all your uploaded designs.
✅ Choose the designs you want to list on Pix Gallery.
✅ Click the white star at the top left of the design; when it turns yellow, it means the design has been successfully listed.


Step 5: View Your Commission Data

At the top of the “Manage Pix Gallery” section, you’ll see four data modules (highlighted in red), which show your commission statistics:

  • Total Commission: Total commission earned
  • This Month's Earnings: Commission earnings for the current month
  • Total Withdrawals: Total amount withdrawn
  • Pending Withdrawal: Amount pending withdrawal


Step 6: Edit Your Store Details

Click “Edit My Gallery” to enter a page where you can edit and fill out your store details, such as social media links and store description. Filling out this information will help customers better understand your store and brand image.


Step 7: Fill In Your Store Information

On the “Edit My Gallery” page, fill in the following information:

  • Artist Name: Your artist name, which will appear next to your products on product pages and search pages.
  • Store Name: The name of your store that customers will see.
  • About (optional): A store description (up to 150 characters). Leave blank if you prefer to hide it.
  • Location (optional): Your location (you can check “Hide Location” if you prefer not to display it).
  • Social Media Links: You can enter links for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

After filling out the information, don’t forget to click the blue “Save All Changes” button to save your updates. This information will be displayed in your store to help customers learn more about you and your work.


Step 8: View Your Store and Products

Click “View My Gallery” to enter your Pix Gallery store page. Here, you can see:

  • Your store’s main display page
  • All the designs you have listed
  • The store information you just entered, displayed in the Banner section to better showcase your store’s identity.


Step 9: Customize Your Store Page and Manage Products

Inside your **Pix Gallery store page**, you can personalize your store and manage your products:
✅ Customize Your Store Image

  • Click the Edit Cover button to upload or change your store cover image.
  • Click the profile picture icon to update your avatar.
  • Click the pencil icon ✏️ to edit your store name and description.
✅ Manage Products
  • Click the yellow star at the top left of a product to unlist it (the star turns white); click the white star again to re-list it.
  • Click the black arrow at the top right of a product to pin the design to the top (the arrow turns yellow), helping to highlight your key products.
  • Click the pencil icon ✏️ below the product to name your design, optimizing its display.


Step 10: View Your Commission Overview

Click “My Earnings” to see an overview of your current commissions, including:
✅ Commission earned this month
✅ Total commissions
✅ Amount withdrawn
✅ Amount pending withdrawal


Step 11: View Order Details and Commissions

In the detailed “My Earnings” page, you can view:

  • Order numbers
  • Sold products
  • The commission for each order

This section lets you track your earnings for each order and manage your accounting with ease.


Step 12: View Commissions by Month

Click on the “month” tab on the page to view your commissions by month. It shows the total commissions for each month, making it easy to calculate your monthly income.
