Your Ultimate PIXVOICES Store Setup & Earnings Guide
After logging in and completing store registration, click the profile icon in the top right corner of the Pixvoices homepage to access your account dashboard.
A sidebar menu will pop up upon clicking; store owners can find the Manage Pix Gallery section here. This tutorial will demonstrate how to efficiently manage and customize your store through this section.
Click "My Portfolio" to enter your design portfolio, browse all uploaded designs and select those to list on Pix Gallery. Click the target design and follow the prompts to display it in your store.
After entering "My Portfolio", view all uploaded designs. Select the designs to list on Pix Gallery and click the white star at the top left of the design – a yellow star means successful listing; a white star means the design is not listed.
At the top of the “Manage Pix Gallery” section, four data modules show your commission statistics:
- Total Commission: Total commission earned.
- This Month's Earnings: Commission for the current month.
- Total Withdrawals: Total amount already withdrawn.
- Pending Withdrawal: Amount currently waiting for withdrawal.
Click "Edit My Gallery" to access the store details edit page. Fill in your social media links, store description and other info—this helps customers better understand your store and brand image.
Complete the following fields and click the blue “Save All Changes” button:
- Artist Name: Appears next to products in search and product pages.
- Store Name: Your customer-facing brand name.
- About (Optional): A description (up to 150 characters).
- Social Media Links: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Click “View My Gallery” to see your live storefront. You can review:
- Your store's main display page.
- All listed designs.
- Your store information displayed in the Banner section.
Personalize Your Image:
- Click Edit Cover to change your banner.
- Click the Profile Icon to update your avatar.
- Click the Pencil icon ✏️ to edit name and description.
Manage Products:
- Star: Click Yellow star to unlist (turns white).
- Arrow: Click black arrow to pin design to top (turns yellow).
- Rename: Click the pencil below products to name your design.
Click “My Earnings” to see a summary of your earnings, including monthly stats, total commissions, and withdrawal status.
In the detailed “My Earnings” page, track your sales precisely:
- Order numbers.
- Specific products sold.
- Commission earned per order.
Click on the “month” tab to filter and calculate your monthly income history easily.
