PixVoices Return Policy


At PixVoices, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We have a return policy in place to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.


General Return Policy


  • We have a 30 - day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be at the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exceptions / Non - Returnable Items


  • Custom products are not eligible for return. This is because each customized item is unique and made according to the specific requirements and designs of our customers. Once a customized product has been produced, it cannot be resold as a new item.
  • If there is a quality problem with a customized product, our usual solution is that the customer pays for the postage and we will send a brand new product to the customer.

 

Damages and Issues


  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We also provide a 180 - day quality guarantee period for all products, including customized and non-customized ones. We have confidence in our products and want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If a customized product has a quality issue, the usual solution is that the customer pays for the postage and we will send a brand new product to the customer.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 - Day Cooling Off Period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being sent into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or impossible to be reused in the same form as it was received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. However, custom products are excluded from this cooling off period.
