How To Sell Designs On Pixvoices
Pixvoices lets creators start from a blank product or editable design template, customize the work in the Pixvoices editor, save the submitted design to a signed-in account, and apply for Pix Gallery when they want to manage a creator gallery.
The creator flow is connected to the normal Pixvoices shopping flow. A saved design first needs to belong to a user account before it can be managed as portfolio work, used in cart or order activity, or connected to gallery ownership.
1. Create Or Customize A Design
Start from a Pixvoices product template, design collection, or blank start-designing product. In the editor, choose the supported product base or model, then customize the design with photos, text, names, uploads, stickers, and layout changes.
Many Pixvoices product pages are design templates rather than single fixed products. The image on a template page is a visual starting point. Product and model options are selected inside the editor when available.
2. Sign In Before Submitting
Pixvoices asks users to sign in before submitting a design so the saved work can be connected to the correct account. This is important for My Portfolio, future ordering, and Pix Gallery activity.
If a design is not connected to a user account, Pixvoices cannot reliably know who submitted it or who should manage it later.
3. Save The Design To My Portfolio
After customization and preview, submitted designs can appear in My Portfolio. This portfolio is the account area where saved works are kept.
From My Portfolio, a user can select a saved work for ordering. For creators, portfolio designs may also become the design base for gallery activity after Pix Gallery approval.
4. Apply As A Pix Gallery Owner
Creators can apply after saving work to My Portfolio. The Pixvoices Sell Your Design guide says to go to My Portfolio and click the orange Start Pix Gallery button to start the store application.
The application page is Shop Apply. During the application step, creators read the terms, add a profile picture, name, and description, then click Apply.
5. Set Up A Gallery Profile
Pix Gallery owners can use Edit My Gallery to manage profile details such as Artist Name, Store Name, optional About text, and social links. The owner guide says Artist Name can appear next to products in search or product contexts, while Store Name is the customer-facing gallery brand name.
Creators can use the gallery profile to make their work easier to recognize, share, and revisit from a public storefront.
6. Add Designs To The Gallery
Pix Gallery owners list saved designs from My Portfolio. The published guides describe a white and yellow star control: clicking the white star adds a design to the store, and the yellow star means the design is listed.
Clicking the yellow star again turns it white and removes the design from shelves. Owners can also view the live gallery, edit cover and profile details, pin designs to the top, and rename individual designs from the gallery management interface.
7. Share The Gallery Link
Pix Gallery store links use this format:
https://diy.pixvoices.com/shop?shopID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Pixvoices recommends copying the store URL and placing it on social media homepages so fans can shop directly.
8. Manage Earnings And Withdrawals
Pix Gallery owner tools may show total commission, this month's earnings, total withdrawals, pending withdrawal, and a link to My Earnings. The current published Sell Your Design page states a 15% sales commission with monthly settlement.
The My Earnings page can show monthly stats, total commissions, withdrawal status, order numbers, products sold, and commission earned per order. Commission, payout, approval, and withdrawal rules may change, so creators should use the latest Pixvoices dashboard and official owner guide for current operating details.
