Overview

  1. How does PixVoices work?
    PixVoices is a platform that connects creators with consumers. Creators upload their original designs, select product templates, set prices, and we handle production, shipping, and customer service. Creators earn a share of each sale.

  2. Who can become a PixVoices creator?
    Anyone with original design work can join PixVoices. Simply sign up for an account and start uploading your designs to sell.

  3. Does it cost anything to create a store?
    Creating a store and uploading designs is completely free. We deduct production costs from each sale, and the remaining profit is yours.

  4. What products can I sell in my store?
    PixVoices offers a wide range of product templates, including apparel, home decor, and stationery. You can apply your designs to multiple product categories.

  5. What if my customer has an issue with their order?
    Please direct your customers to contact service@pixvoices.com. Our team will assist them and handle the issue. You don’t need to manage order support directly.


Account Categories

  1. What are Account Categories?
    Account categories are tiers based on a creator’s sales performance. They determine your earnings rate and additional benefits.

  2. Where can I find my Account Category?
    You can check your account category in the “Account Settings” section of your dashboard.

  3. Can my Account Category change?
    Yes, categories are reviewed and updated regularly based on your sales and engagement. You’ll be notified of any changes.


Payment & Pricing

  1. How do I get paid?
    Earnings are paid out monthly via PayPal. Please ensure your payment information is accurate in your account.

  2. Can I set my product prices?
    You can adjust the prices for some products. Specific options are available in your dashboard.

  3. How will I know when a product sells?
    You’ll receive an email notification for each sale. You can also view detailed sales reports in your dashboard.

  4. Can I see how many sales a design has made?
    Yes, sales and performance data for each design are available in your dashboard under the “Statistics” section.


Uploading Designs

  1. How do I upload a design?
    Log in, go to “Upload Design,” choose your file, and fill in the title, description, and tags.

  2. Should my design be in RGB or CMYK?
    We recommend uploading designs in RGB format for optimal print quality.

  3. Will every uploaded design go live on the website?
    All designs are reviewed to ensure they meet our community and copyright policies. Approved designs will be published.


Printing & Products

  1. What materials are used for products?
    We use eco-friendly, high-quality materials, and all printing processes meet EU environmental standards.

  2. What colors can I offer my design on?
    You can choose product color options during the upload process. Previews are provided for selection.


Seller Verification

  1. Why do I need to provide my country and personal information?
    To comply with local laws and ensure secure payments, we require seller verification.

  2. What’s the seller verification process?
    You’ll need to submit identification and tax information through your dashboard. We partner with Stripe to complete the verification. Once verified, you can withdraw your earnings.


My Storefront

  1. How can I change my store profile image and banner?
    Go to “Store Settings” in your account, upload new images, and save changes.

  2. Can I change my store name or URL?
    Yes, you can edit your store name and URL in account settings. Be mindful, as this may affect customer searchability and branding.

  3. Can I have multiple storefronts?
    Currently, each account supports one store. For additional stores, please contact customer support.


Building an Audience

  1. How can I promote my designs?
    Use social media, email marketing, and community engagement to promote your designs. PixVoices also provides built-in marketing tools to assist with promotion.

  2. Why choose PixVoices over other platforms?
    PixVoices focuses on creator rights, offering higher profit margins, eco-friendly production, and excellent customer service, making it a creator-friendly platform.


Legal & Intellectual Property

  1. Who owns the rights to my designs on PixVoices?
    Creators retain full ownership of their designs. PixVoices is granted a non-exclusive license to display and sell the designs on the platform.

  2. How can I protect my work from being stolen?
    We implement multiple measures, such as watermarking and copyright monitoring, to safeguard your work. If you discover infringement, contact service@pixvoices.com to report it.

  3. What if my design is removed?
    If a design is removed for policy violations, you’ll receive a detailed explanation. You can appeal the decision via email if needed.
