How can I create a design?
You can use our online design tool to create a great piece of work. Click the link to view a detailed tutorial.
How many designs can I keep in my portfolio? Can I delete designs?
Regular users can upload up to 5 designs. If you exceed this limit, additional designs will be temporarily stored but will be deleted from the server after 60 days. If you wish to keep more designs, you can apply to become a Gallery Owner. Gallery Owners have no limit on the number of designs they can upload. To delete a design, simply go to your dashboard, locate the design, click the options menu, and select "Delete." Note that deleting a design will also remove it from your store, and customers will no longer be able to purchase it.
Can I update a design after uploading it?
Yes, you can update the title, description, tags, and other metadata of your design. However, the design file itself cannot be directly replaced. If you need to modify the design, upload it as a new file and consider deleting the old version if necessary.
Will my designs automatically be visible to customers?
All designs go through a review process to ensure they meet quality and copyright standards. Once approved, they will be visible in your store and on the marketplace.
What happens if my design violates copyright policies?
If your design is found to violate copyright or community guidelines, it will be removed. We will notify you via email with the reason for removal. Multiple violations may lead to account restrictions or suspension.
Can I collaborate with other creators?
Yes! PixVoices encourages collaboration between creators. You can co-create designs and manage revenue sharing independently. Make sure you have all necessary rights and permissions to share the work.
What if a customer leaves negative feedback about my design or product?
Our team investigates customer feedback. If the issue pertains to printing or production, we will address it promptly and notify you. Unless it involves policy violations, negative feedback will not directly impact your account.
Can I temporarily hide designs or my entire store?
Yes, you can temporarily hide individual designs or your entire store. This is helpful for updating your portfolio or during a break. Manage these settings in the "Visibility" section of your dashboard.
What should I do if my design is copied on PixVoices?
If you believe your work has been copied or infringed upon, please contact us at service@pixvoices.com and provide the relevant details. Our team will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
