We strive to respond quickly, but during peak times, it may take a little longer. Please check your spam/junk folder for replies or resend your email if you haven't heard back within 48 hours. -
How can I check my order status?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your PixVoices account to view your order status under "My Orders." -
Why can’t I reach a live person by phone?
Currently, we operate primarily through email to ensure every query is documented and resolved effectively. Rest assured, our team will assist you promptly.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 180-day warranty for manufacturing defects. For other issues, returns/exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receipt. Contact service@pixvoices.com to start the process. -
Where’s my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.
